Two double ring shanks set with 26 brilliant-cut diamonds run first into the centre of the ring head and end there with two marquise-cut diamonds set on each side.

Now three diamonds (immaculate princess cut) are set heart-shaped parallel to each other at each end. No settings are visible between the diamonds, the surfaces are completely smooth and even.
