First of all, there are two hoops on the top with 31 baguette diamonds, which are clicked in or closed with a secure hinge lock.

In these hoops hang two diamond circles. Three movable rows of diamonds are attached to each of these circles, connected by a diamond rail. These movable rows are set with nine diamonds per row - each one in bezel setting!
