Two pear shaped aquamarines in wonderful, light blue colour hang (moveable!) on two yellow gold rails completely set with diamonds.
Directly above the two aquamarines drops as well as above (in front of the back closure) the diamonds are set as a rhomb. So this is a very distinctive design.
