Fabulous Diamond Heart Pendant

The pendant, completely set with diamonds, is crafted in an interesting heart design. A small heart set with brilliant-cut diamonds behind which the invisible eyelet is placed is followed by a larger, imposing diamond heart.

Here again, drop-shaped gold splints lined with brilliant-cut diamonds are lined up, framed by another heart-shaped brilliant-cut gold splint.

A matching chain can then be pulled through the invisible eyelet on the back of the pendant.
