A larger diamond heart is attached to the bottom of a supple diamond chain, which is set in the middle with three princess-cut diamonds in a heart-shaped setting.
At the top is the same heart, but slightly smaller. This heart is also surrounded by diamonds on the outside and is again set in the middle with three princess-cut diamonds.
The princess-cut diamonds are additionally rounded at the sides so that the three stones together form a heart shape. It is therefore an extremely complex cutting and setting work.
Behind the top heart is another white gold heart, which serves as a bail.
