The entire pendant consists of three interlocking hearts in different shapes and sizes.
The outer and largest diamond heart is slightly tilted forward, the inner diamond heart is tilted backwards. In these two hearts hangs a bulbous heart, which is completely set with diamonds.
A semi-oval diamond rail is now placed over it. The diamond bail is connected to this rail, which leaves room for chains or necklaces of approx. 3-5 mm thickness / width.
Once again a tremendous, extremely impressive pendant in an unusual design.
