Charming Black & White Diamond Heart Pendant

First, the outer shape of this attractively curved heart is set with black diamonds.

A smaller heart is worked into the lower tip, which has exactly the same curved shape, but is now set with white diamonds.

In the upper right-hand corner is an opening through which the baile set with white diamonds extends.
