Precious Diamond Pave Heart Pendant

The heart pendant is completely paved on the front with full-cut diamonds of very good quality.

The large as well as wide baile can be opened at the back to attach the heart also to wider chains (such as pearl necklaces). It is closed with a double safety clasp.

The baile can hold chains and necklaces up to a width of about one centimetre and a thickness of about six millimetres.
