The outer heart shape is attractively set with black and white diamonds in a zigzag design.
In the central heart - behind glass - three large diamonds, set individually in a bezel setting, are floating freely.
The intertwined bail is also completely set with diamonds. Stronger chains and necklaces up to five millimetres thick can be pulled through here.
The entire heart is excellently solidly crafted, even the back is solidly crafted.
