The solidly crafted baile, which is set with black diamonds at the front, is followed by a stately white gold heart. The heart is set with white diamonds in the middle and black diamonds in two rows on the outside.
The heart is slightly bulbous. The heart design is additionally repeated on the back.
An extremely unusual piece of jewellery, which is certainly not everyday.
