The entire heart-shaped pendant (12 mm x 11 mm) is centrally set with fine diamonds. This central heart is bordered externally by another White Gold-rail, which is paved with diamonds as well.
Laterally there are two openings through which the rear pulls a 45 centimeter long rod-ball-chain. This is closed with a solid lobster clasp.
