At the top (in front of the closures), two white gold circles (diameter: 8 mm) are initially attached, completely set with white diamonds.

Three further large circles are attached to each. These become smaller from the outside to the inside and are now set with 226 deep black diamonds and individual white diamonds set between them.

In the middle of each circle is another circle completely set with white diamonds.
