Picture Perfect "Illusion Style" Diamond Pear Pendant

First, there is an oval white gold setting on the top. This is set with two princess-cut diamonds in the centre and four marquise-cut diamonds on all four sides. There are no prongs between the diamonds. The stones are cut exactly the same way and set seamlessly next to each other - only on the outside they are held by four prongs.

Behind them is the bale, through which chains of 2 - 3 mm thickness can be pulled.

Again underneath, a pear shaped mounting is atached. On the top there is a pear cut diamond, on both sides and at the bottom a total of three marquise cut diamonds and in between (in the middle) two princess diamonds.

Here too, all diamonds are cut exactly the same way and are set exactly close together. There are no prongs between the diamonds, the diamonds are only held on the outside by five stable prongs.

Only from close up one will see that several diamonds are set in a highly complex setting technique. Seen from a certain distance, however, one might think that you are wearing a large single diamond and a large pear cut diamond underneath.
