Pretty Citrine Drop Diamond Ring

At first the ring head is dominated by a pear shaped, intensely honey yellow shining citrin. The stone is again framed by a single row of diamonds.

The citrine is set in a solid mounting that resembles a calyx.

This mounting kind of flows seamlessly into the equally massive ring shank which swings upwards again around the finger and ends parallel to the ring head. At this point, the shank is set with a single brilliant-cut diamond.

So this is a very refined design, because the ring shank is not completely closed.
